Arcadia National Park

After a quick stop in Franklin MA to pick up Catherine, Jack and Grace Gallo (Doug had to work and Hanna was at camp and without our own Patrick who was in San Francisco) we drove north on I95 to Maine. Our first stop was for dinner at Bob's Clam Shack in Kittery - a usual stop for the Rice family on trips to Maine.

The next stop was another Rice family favorite - LL Bean in Freeport. It was late, but the stores were still open so we stopped and shopped.

We spend our first night at a rest area about an hour outside of Bangor.

On the Road Again!

The Rice family is on the road again! After a week in Vermont for a spectacular wedding and several wonderful weeks our beloved Cape Cod, we have packed up the RV and driven 500 miles North to Acadia National Park in Maine.

I'm not sure if the email notification is still working for this blog, so we will wait and see. This trip will last three weeks and has started without Patrick and with Catherine, Jack and Grace Gallo.

I'll post photos when I download them.
