Swimming in Glacier Bay

What is summer without a swim in the bay! The Rice kids thought that Bartlett Cove would be a great place for a quick dip so off they went. We were told later the water temperature was about 43 degrees.

Sara was the first to go in – and get right out.

Keegan went next and did a ganor – the same thing he did to hurt his shoulder at the beginning of the trip. This time he landed in water and was fine.

Conor went next and made a funnier face going in than getting out.

Patrick was last and did an excellent back flip in.

After a few more dives, including one group jump, they called it quits and headed up for dinner.
